AquaFest is a collaborative initiative led by various organizations and individuals working together to educate and prevent aquatic waste. As part of NOAA’s Marine Debris Program, the festival is a new annual event aimed at reducing water pollution in Puerto Rico through community engagement and education. The festival serves as a platform to showcase ongoing conservation efforts across the island, featuring informational booths, hands-on workshops, and interactive activities.

The brand identity uses a simple, clean logo paired with a color palette inspired by water and marine life. These visual elements reflect the festival’s mission of ocean conservation and were developed to create a cohesive system that could be used across promotional materials, signage, and social media content.
