AquaFest is a collaborative initiative led by various organizations and individuals working together to educate and prevent aquatic waste. As part of NOAA’s Marine Debris Program, the festival is a new annual event aimed at reducing water pollution in Puerto Rico through community engagement and education. The festival serves as a platform to showcase ongoing conservation efforts across the island, featuring informational booths, hands-on workshops, and interactive activities.

The poster created for the event shows how water can influence us and how we interact with it, from drinking to the animals that live there. The colors used go hand to hand with the visual identity created for it and the style is a more stylized type of illustration.
